How to craft the new benches

You’ll need the following materials to craft the Distillation Bench:

• 4 Metal Pipes
• 2 Reinforced Wooden Planks
• 2 Quantum Glass
• 1 Lab Burner

You’ll need the following materials to craft the Distillation Bench:

• 4 Metal Pipes
• 4 Quantum Glass
• 3 Lab Burners
• 6 Reinforced Wooden Planks

At this point it should already be clear that these benches can only be unlocked once you reach Labs.

Pest Companions

How to catch Pests

You can tame a Pest by:

• Using a Pest trap. When you use one you can lure a pest into it or by waiting. I would suggest luring Pests into them.
• You can also use the Pheromone Flask on them and tame them that way.

In my videos I trap them for the experiments.

• To unlock the GATE Compendium entry for your new pet you have to pick them up and pat them.
• To rename your Pest on Xbox open your inventory, move the cursor down to the Pest, click X, and go to rename.

How to craft the Magma Pest

• Give a normal Pest 3 Boiling Distillations to get it to mutate. You’ll need to the Distillation Bench to do this. Please go to the Distillation section for those recipes.

How to craft the Enlightened Pest

• Feed a normal Pest 3 Shadowberries. You can get these berries from Fragments or Shadowgate.
• You can also feed a normal Pest a slice of Shadowberry pie to get the same result.

How to make the Leyak Pest

This one is one of my favorites in the game so far.

• Feed a normal Pest 3 slices of Creepy Meat Pie. You’ll need to be cooking level 10 to unlock the recipe for the pie.
